New York Summit to feature influential speakers, informative panel discussions, RegTech showcase, top-tier sponsors and over 300 registered delegates.
Specific topics that will be covered on the day include how to overcome barriers to regtech, and how to implement solutions to improve critical processes such as regulatory compliance, reporting, client onboarding and trade surveillance. The RegTech Summit will also review the potential of emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to support cheaper, faster and more efficient regulatory compliance.
Bringing innovation to the industry, the RegTech Summit will feature a RegTech showcase providing insight into emerging compliance solutions. Sponsors of the event include established RegTech providers Refinitiv, SmartStream Reference Data Utility, Fenergo, FactSet, Verint, RegTek Solutions, Fortia Financial Solutions, UnaVista, Datactics, Exactpro and Gresham Technologies.
Andrew Delaney, president and chief content officer at A-Team Group, says: “Increasing regulation, tight margins, legacy systems and the advent of new technologies are leading financial institutions to review their IT landscapes. Regtech solutions have a large part to play here, but they need to be selected wisely and integrated into existing infrastructures. The New York City RegTech Summit will detail the challenges and opportunities of regtech and answer questions on everything from deployment to return on investment.”
The New York City RegTech Summit will be hosted at Convene in the financial district.
A-Team Group will host its first 2019 RegTech Summit in London on October 3, 2019.
