Agile Space Growing in Krakow, Poland with Two More Events in May, 2018

Krakow, Poland, May 12, 2018 –(PR.com)– Agile Space informs about two upcoming events in Krakow, Poland. Agile Dojo and SAFe® for Teams are scheduled to be held in May. Both events are organized by an Agile-practicing company, Symphony Solutions. The company has recently extended its business with an office in Krakow.

Agile Dojo is a one-day class in a Lean Coffee format where the participants work in small Scrum teams. This way of collaborating enhances communication, sharing experience and learning from teammates. The participants will be using special Agile topic cards to tackle different ideas.

In addition to interactive tasks, the Agile and Scrum awareness test will be held to check the level of knowledge of the participants.

The class will be useful for anyone interested in Scrum framework regardless of prior experience or no familiarity with the concept at all.

SAFe® for Teams with SAFe® 4 Practitioner Certification is a thorough course to learn about Agility within organization and the way teams work at most effectively in a scaled environment. The participants will learn main principles of Agile release train (ART) and its practical benefits. The coach will also dwell upon Scrum, Kanban, and XP frameworks and explain their main value. The duration of SAFe® for Teams is 2 days and will provide certification exam.

This event aims for each participant to learn how to maintain productive performance within Agile teams, that is – how to build an Agile team, plan and execute iterations and execute Program Increments. Lean, Agile Manifesto and SAFe principles will also be introduced to the participants.

The course will be of informational value and will create the opportunity to gain new skills, however its main advantage is fully preparing the participants to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® 4.5 Practitioner (SP).
