Ajman Hotel by Blazon Hotels Appoints Riccardo Cocco as Food and Beverage Manager

Ajman, United Arab Emirates, January 19, 2019 –(PR.com)– Ajman Hotel managed by Blazon Hotels is announcing the appointment of Riccardo Cocco as Food and Beverage Manager.

Riccardo joins Ajma Hotel from his most recent role as Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Millennium Business Bay in Dubai and in his new role, he will manage and oversee the restaurant operations in the hotel’s 11 restaurants and bars and ensure exceptional dining experiences continue to be delivered to all guests.

Riccardo brings solid experience in Food and Beverage Management having worked with Rotana Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Rixos and Radisson in United Arab Emirates and the Gulf, as well as in Europe and China. He holds a Master’s Certificate in Food Service Management an addition to this Diploma in Tourism Hospitality.
