Bharti Telesoft Makes Roaming Simpler for SabaFon Subscribers

Yemen, Yemen, November 08, 2006 –(PR.com)– Bharti Telesoft, a leading global supplier of core Value Added Services (VAS) platforms and Business Support Systems (BSS) for wireless and wireline carriers, has signed an agreement to deploy its RoamVantage platform at SabaFon, helping to deliver a range of roaming services that will increase service options for inbound roamers and enhance operations for the leading Yemeni service provider.

SabaFon will be able to deliver innovative roaming services that will extend the availability of roaming to all inbound roamers, regardless of whether they have roaming enabled with their home service provider or not. The Bharti Telesoft RoamVantage platform allows SabaFon to transition inbound roamers onto their roaming service seamlessly, with no, or very minimal, changes in dialing habits. Furthermore, the RoamVantage platform will enable SabaFon to offer competitively priced roaming services, due to efficiencies gained in the operation and delivery of roaming services.

We are keen to attract roaming subscribers to our network and the RoamVantage platform from Bharti Telesoft help us achieve this. For inbound roamers who perceive roaming to be expensive, our new roaming services will dispel that impression, providing a convenient and easy-to-use roaming service. As an operator, we are also excited about the improved efficiencies we will gain from implementing RoamVantage and the solid base this provides for adding new roaming services as our business and subscribers demand,” commented Hael Saeed Anam, Roaming & International Affairs Manager. “We believe that these roaming services will enable us to reinforce our position as a provider of leading roaming services and innovative VAS, and more importantly, deliver satisfaction to our subscribers,” he added.

“We are very excited to be deploying our RoamVantage platform with SabaFon and believe that the roaming services SabaFon introduce will deliver great benefit and value to SabaFon and its subscribers,” said Sanjiv Mital, CEO, Bharti Telesoft.
