�The Great Xchange Program” is applicable from 20th February 2016 till 03rd April 2016 (inclusive both days) (hereinafter referred to as “Xchange period”)
Xchange coupons will be issued from 20th February 2016 to 27th March 2016 (inclusive both days) at all Big Bazaar stores, select Food Bazaar and fbb – Fashion @ Big Bazaar stores.
Redemption of Xchange Coupons will be valid from 20th February till 03rd April 2016 at all Big Bazaar, select Food Bazaar and fbb – Fashion @ Big Bazaar, Ezone and Hometown stores
The Great Xchange Program is valid for PAYBACK members only. Other customers can participate in the Great Xchange Program by enrolling for PAYBACK card membership. All terms and condition of PAYBACK card shall apply
Value of junk/scrap will be issues only in the form of Xchange Coupons
Once scrap is exchanged for Xchange coupons, customer cannot reclaim scrap under any circumstances
No cash/credit note /Gift Voucher/ other mode of payment shall be issued in exchange of junk/ scrap / old merchandise /xchange coupons.
Future Retail Limited (FRL) solely reserves the discretion to accept junk/scrap from its customers at select stores and to determine the value of junk/ scrap and the value Xchange coupons.
The customer must ensure that s/he receives a Weight Measurement Coupon (hereinafter referred to as “WMC”) with duly filled in details like their name & mobile/ telephone no., type & quantity of junk, Xchange value of junk, store stamp, staff name & signature and date in exchange of scrap submitted
Customer must ensure that the WMC is preserved carefully for collection of Xchange coupons using PAYBACK card. FRL shall not be responsible in case of any damage, loss, wear and tear, etc. to the WMC and will result in not issuing Xchange coupons in lieu of said WMC by FRL. Xchange coupons will be added inPAYBACK card on submitting WMC at Xchange Desk
Photocopies of WMC shall not be accepted for issuance of Xchange Coupons
Xchange coupons shall be redeemed in full; partial redemption is not allowed
Xchange coupons are not valid on Oil, Ghee, Sugar, Baby Food, Gold Jewellery, Gold Coins, Star & Sitara Beauty Products, SIS, Patanjali products and certain other categories in the store. (Except for stores in Bangalore where Redemption is applicable on oil, ghee & Sugar)
Xchange coupons will be issued in denominations of Rs.50, Rs.100 & Rs.500 only
Redemption of Xchange coupons will be rounded off to the lowest multiple denomination of Rs.10 in a single bill. For e.g. if a customer shops grocery worth Rs.540 & s/he has Xchange coupons worth Rs.50, s/he can redeem Rs.50 worth Xchange coupons.
The Great Xchange coupons cannot be clubbed with any other discount/ offer for redemption
Redemption of the Xchange discount coupon would be applicable on the total bill amount exclusive of VAT, VAT amount will not be applicable for discount through Xchange coupons
FRL reserves the right to change /end the offer without prior notice to the customer
Participation in the Xchange Program is purely voluntary & not binding on customers. Products and Services are also available for sale without this offer
In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to Jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
Terms and Conditions of this scheme are subject to change without prior notice
By participating in the Xchange Program, customer agrees to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Program as modified from time to time by FRL in its sole discretion
Xchange Program is brought to the customer solely on the basis of the concentrated efforts of FRL and in the event of non-happening of the program for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the act of God, force majeure conditions; FRL shall not be liable/ responsible to any claims for this program
