Bolivia Volunteers Announces Lower Fees

Cochabamba, Bolivia, February 20, 2012 –(PR.com)– Bolivia Volunteers, based in Cochabamba, Bolivia has announced a reduction in fees for volunteers on all its placements in Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

Making the announcement, Willson Marshal (administrator of the organization) commented:

“We have reviewed our costing structures, and are now able to arrange a four weeks volunteer placement for only 600 U.S. Dollars. That represents a reduction on our previous costing of twenty-five percent, and has been made possible by us re-negotiating our contracts with our accommodation providers and in-country support teams.”

Marshall added: “The changes in costings came into effect on February 1, and we have already noticed a marked increase in the number of enquiries we have been receiving from potential volunteers. Many have commented that they would much rather subscribe to a volunteer placement organization that is ‘not for profit’ and charges its volunteers ‘at cost’ for their accommodation and food.”
