Boyden Elects Craig Stevens and Allan Marks as New Board Members

New Directors further boost Global Board’s strong governance and leadership experience

NEW YORK & SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--#CEOs--Boyden, a premier global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, announced today that Craig Stevens and Allan Marks have been elected as new members of its Global Board.

Stevens, a Managing Partner in the United States and member of the firm’s CEO & Board Services, Technology and Social Impact global practices, will serve as Americas Regional Director. And Marks, a Managing Partner of Boyden Australia, APAC Leader of the firm’s CEO & Board Services Practice and a member of the firm’s Industrial and Professional Services Practices, will serve as the firm’s Asia Pacific Regional Director. They were elected to two-year terms.

Craig Stevens, Board Member: Stevens is a key member of firm’s Technology, Professional Services and Social Impact global practices. He has a range of experiences servicing boards in the selection of CEOs. In addition, he partners with CEOs and their human resource executives in the recruitment of C-level leaders and senior executives. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Technology Council of Maryland. Previously, he served as Principal with one of the largest global executive search firms and as a manager at KPMG’s management consulting division. Stevens holds an MBA from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Hope College.

Allan Marks, Board Member: Marks is a key member of the firm’s Industrial, Consumer & Retail Private Equity & Venture Capital global practices. He is widely recognized as one of Australia’s leading executive search consultants, focusing on board, CEO and C-level appointments. Marks’s clients include large and mid-sized public companies, subsidiaries of global organizations, professional services and private equity firms, investment funds and large private companies. Previously, he served as a Managing Director of one of Australia’s largest publicly listed executive search firms and as an MD and global board member of one of the world’s largest executive search and selection firms. He began his career with a chartered accounting firm in London. Marks holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in social science and economics from the University of London (U.K.)

In addition, Carita Lahti, EMEA Director and Managing Partner of Boyden Finland, was re-elected to a new two-year term on Boyden’s Global Board.
