The 12 participating enterprises in this campaign include iconic hotels, commercial districts, souvenir sellers, food and drinks, wedding salons, and cultural-creative brands. DOIT emphasized that an extensive array of captivating events take place in Taipei City, especially the Taipei New Year’s Eve party on December 31, capped by the Taipei 101 fireworks show, with revelers in the hundreds of thousands counting down to the New Year. After this is the 2024 Taipei Lantern Festival, hitting the stage in February. This duo forms the premier showcase of Asia’s classic “double New Year” celebration season.
