DTS Digital Now Supplying Hybrid HD CCTV Cameras

With the introduction of four new video formats within the CCTV industry finding a compatible camera can be difficult. Hybrid Cameras make the choice simpler.

Online PR News – 04-October-2018 – The CCTV Industries development of high definition cameras and DVRs which operate over copper coaxial cables has created a problem for users who still operate legacy analogue systems. Formats developed by manufacturers including CVI, TVI and AHD are not directly compatible with CVBS equipment. This has caused many issues with customers purchasing equipment that does not work on their current system.

DTS Digital are pleased to offer hybrid cameras and DVRs supporting CVBS analogue, HD-TVI, HD-CVI and AHD formats which will work with all existing coaxial based equipment. This has bridged the gap between HD and analogue components enabling users to integrate the latest technology with existing devices which can be up to 25 years old.

Hybrid cameras have either multiple BNC fly leads or a dip switch which allows you to change the video format output setting to match that of your system. DTS offer a choice of camera styles from domes to bullets from a variety of different manufacturers including SPRO, Qvis, IRLABS, Dahua, Xvision and NiteDevil.
