EMBODYTECH Launches AI-Powered Automatic Roaster Dolce Vita

  • So easy to use that beginners can roast coffee like a pro
  • Dolce Vita helps you roast coffee beans at an expert level

DAEJEON, South Korea–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AIEMBODYTECH, a company founded in 2015 as a specialist in perylene coating and semiconductor equipment, has launched an AI-powered automatic roaster called the “Dolce Vita.”

The Dolce Vita automatic roaster was developed using three recently acquired patents to optimize the flavor and aroma of coffee beans. One of these technologies evenly roasts coffee beans based on their near-infrared ray penetration rate (6mm).

The biggest feature of the Dolce Vita is its fully automated system, powered by AI technology. This allows anyone to use the product conveniently by following simple directions, with the profile saving and sharing function. With high reproducibility, even beginners can roast coffee beans like experts when the roasting profiles are linked. Additionally, experts can conveniently save and share their individual roasting profiles on the server via Wi-Fi.

Compared to conventional roasters with a capacity to roast 1 kg of coffee beans, which can weigh up to 70 kg, the Dolce Vita weighs only 30 kg, making it easy to move and store. It can also be used outdoors, making it ideal for camping and other activities.

The Dolce Vita is an electric roaster, so there is no risk of gas-related accidents. Additionally, the overheating prevention program automatically cuts off power and stops heater operation if the roaster is at risk of overheating.
