In its second edition, the program will select 8 scale-ups, that is, solutions already validated and available to the market, with high growth potential. Our first experience was a success. We made seven pilot projects and closed contract with 4 accelerated companies. We will certainly repeat or increment this partnership, comments Marco Billi, Corporate Venture and New Businesses manager.

Companies interested in participating must have solutions that will contribute to the improvement of processes and efficiency in health chain productivity, with focus on:

 Business Intelligence
 Shared Services Center

 Industrial Operations
 Sustainability

Endeavor will be responsible for the scale-ups capture and selection. The companies will be assessed by a multidisciplinary team that will analyze the profile of the entrepreneur and the team involved, level of innovation and the business model and impact. We are aware of the importance of programs like this to the ecosystem. The connection among large companies and entrepreneurs that are growing contributes to both sides, since these entrepreneurs face many challenges throughout their journey and value the power of connections provided by Eurofarma Synapsis for their growth, states Luis Felipe Franco, Endeavors head of acceleration.

The companies selected will be accelerated for 4 months, with Endeavor mentoring, and can leverage their business with the sector information and trends, coaching in support areas, like Marketing, Sales and Logistics, and access to Eurofarma network of relationships. It amounts to over 4 thousand suppliers, over 1,500 active clients (B2B), almost 600 thousand medical contacts per month and presence with health products and services in 20 Latin American countries. Eurofarma defined that innovation and sustainability should permeate all areas and processes of the organization. With that, participating in this ecosystem, identifying opportunities and incorporating new technologies is one of the ways we found to follow the goals described in our Strategic Plan. We seek entrepreneurs with this same profile: innovative, sustainable and partners, and want to effectively generate businesses with them, concludes Maria del Pilar Muoz, Sustainability & New Businesses vice-president.
