EXEO Global Acquires Telistar Solutions and Builds up Capabilities in Managed IT Solutions in Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EXEO Global Pte Ltd (“EXEO Global”), the regional headquarters of Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed EXEO Group, Inc. (TOKYO:1951) facilitating the operational and strategic management of overseas subsidiaries outside of Japan, has successfully completed the acquisition of Telistar Solutions Pte Ltd (“Telistar”).

The acquisition of Telistar, an IT service solutions provider, allows EXEO Global to grow its capabilities in the space of managed IT services, via an established solutions provider trusted by government organisations, educational and financial institutions, healthcare providers and large retail brand owners.

EXEO Global had also recently completed an amalgamation exercise with its subsidiary, ARCO Pte Ltd, a company providing technology provisioning, maintenance support and IT asset disposition services to large international firms as well as Japanese conglomerates, changing its business from a holding company to an operational business.

With the ARCO’s team successfully becoming part of EXEO Global, the company now has the talent and core capabilities to scale up its business in the Managed IT Services sector, as well as a stable existing client base and technology-enabled operations for greater efficiencies.

Following the amalgamation exercise and acquisition of Telistar, EXEO Global is now set to become a major player in the space of Managed IT Services within Asia Pacific and beyond and is currently focused on expanding its services and product offerings to the market, to provide greater value to its clients, utilising technology to allow them to enjoy quality Managed IT Services at greater cost efficiencies.
