Booking for World’s cheapest mobile Freedom 251 started again now on Official website www.freedom251.com. Now you can book only one phone. One unit per user. Yesterday, users were booking these phones in bulk.

Yesterday the booking for Freedom 251 started at 6AM IST and later the website stopped taking the booking for the phone due to server issues. Now after the server upgrade the booking had started again. We still suggest out users not to book this phone till we get some clarity on How this company can sell a smartphone for Rs.251.

In terms of Specification the Freedom 251 is powered by a 1.3 Quadcore Processor, there is no details on which processor they are using, looking at the price it will be a low cost Mediatek processor with 1GB of RAM. It comes with an 4 inch WVGA IPS screen and 8GB Internal Memory (ROM). All this is backed by a 1450 mAh Battery.

Camera seems to be very basic, but even this is above expectation for this price point. It comes with 3.2 MP Back Camera and 0.3 MP Front Camera.

In terms of network it supports dual sim with dual standby 3G SIM. It comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
