Global Alliances Director, Jaret Manuel, Appointed to Lead Mission Control’s Strategic Partnership Growth Strategy

MELBOURNE, Australia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#PSAAprika Business Solutions, owner of Salesforce-native Project Management platform, Mission Control, has hired a New Global Alliances Director, Jaret Manuel. This strategic hire enables the continued global expansion of their strategic alliances and helps scale their visibility and partnerships, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.

While the PSA and Project Management Software vertical has been experiencing unprecedented growth in the past 12 months, there is uncertainty in the wider, global economic climate – meaning the importance of meaningful, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships are more critical, now than ever.

Jaret Manuel has nearly 20 years of experience across the SaaS vertical including 8 years at FormAssembly where he spearheaded their Alliances Strategy and was integral in growing the bootstrapped SaaS from pre-market fit to $11M ARR. Jaret oversaw many facets of operational execution at the revenue and executive level and was integral in driving headcount from 7 to 105+ employees.

CEO of Aprika, Colin Johnson, says: “While watching Mission Control double in size and customer base over the past 2 years has truly been rewarding. I’m even more excited by the opportunities that lay ahead of us. We operate in a $7 billion industry and have only really scratched the surface of our partnership potential. Having a professional of Jaret’s ilk on board to formalize and operationalize a cross-departmental strategic approach will really help drive the ambitious growth plans I have for the whole organization.“

Jaret says of his appointment: “I am excited to start a new challenge within Mission Control and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive, value-driven partnerships – I’m really excited to not only grow the value of these existing partnerships but shape and develop new opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem”

With a rich 12 year Salesforce history, Aprika is poised to expand its global reach with plans to double growth over the next 2 years. Aprika offers a sophisticated suite of Project Management / PSA software solutions integrated in Salesforce to a range of industries around the world.
