McFadden, a strategically focused IT leader with 20 years of experience across multiple sectors, has a proven track record in strategy development, digital transformation, enterprise architecture and organisational change. He will be instrumental in leading the technical vision of the company.

Joe�s experience spans the creative industries, media and charity sectors and joins HealthUnlocked from the Royal Opera House, where he led the delivery of a major digital transformation to reach new audiences, improve the venue experience and drive increased income.
