DUBUQUE, Iowa, July 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), operating under the brand name HTLF, announced its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share of the company's common stock payable on August 26, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 12, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, there were 42,439,439 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
