DUBUQUE, Iowa, Oct. 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), operating under the brand name HTLF, announced its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share of the company's common stock, an increase of $0.01, payable on November 29, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 14, 2022. As of September 30, 2022, there were 42,444,106 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
