HireHive Recruitment Software Partner with Byron Recruitment for a New Teachers Job Board

HireHive, a provider of online recruitment software, announced a partnership with Byron Recruitment to create a new job board for international teachers.

Online PR News � 17-October-2018 – HireHive, a provider of online recruitment software, announced a partnership with Byron Recruitment to create a new job board for international teachers. The job board targets teachers globally but especially in Asia where demand for teachers is continually increasing. Jobs will be published from schools and education organisations to the site and to HireHive’s distribution network of over 30 other job sites.

HireHive is an Irish recruitment software company that works with companies globally to help them manage their recruitment process. Byron Recruitment, based in Brunei, is a boutique staffing agency for international teachers. The partnership was born from a scuba diving trip where Jeff Baggs, founder of Byron Recruitment and John Dennehy, Chairman of HireHive discussed the similarities in both companies and how there could be an opportunity to work together.

“It just made perfect sense for us to partner with HireHive and to make a job board for teachers happen,” says Jeff, “I am talking to schools every day and so many of them are now addressing the issue of not having recruitment software to manage their teaching positions. I can help them find candidates for their roles but it’s important that they also have a system where they can store candidate data for these roles and roles in the future. Having used HireHive myself I think it’s the best way to streamline recruitment processes in an easy to manage way.”

The partnership sees the launch of a new job board via the Byron Recruitment website which lists school and education provider jobs that candidates can apply for directly. The application goes straight through to the hiring team at that school who can then make contact with the candidate directly and progress the application.
