InCloudCounsel Continues Global Expansion with Opening of Singapore Office

New office in Singapore signals InCloudCounsel�s growth in Asia Pacific, following the opening of Hong Kong office last fall

SAN FRANCISCO & SINGAPORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–InCloudCounsel, a tech-enabled services provider that modernizes legal processes and documents for many of the world’s leading companies, today announced the opening of its Singapore office, further expanding the company’s footprint in the Asia Pacific region.

The opening of the Singapore office represents the latest stage of InCloudCounsel’s continued growth. The company, which has locations across the United States, opened an office in Hong Kong last fall. By continuing its expansion into Singapore, InCloudCounsel furthers its ability to provide truly global solutions for existing and potential customers in the Asia Pacific region. The Singapore office will be led by Jon Crandall, who joins the company as Managing Director for Asia Pacific. Jon previously served as a partner at Duane Morris, where he advised clients across Asia on capital markets, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
