?15% rise in price per square metre for shipping on and after January 1, 2022?
TOKYO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kaneka Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Minoru Tanaka) will revise the sales price for polyimide film (product names: Apical and Pixeo) due to price rises in raw materials and transportation costs. The price will rise by 15% per square metre compared to the current price for shipping on and after January 1, 2022.
We have been working to improve profits by reducing costs but, due to repeated price rises in raw materials and transportations costs, we have reached the limit of what we can do ourselves and we have determined that this price revision is unavoidable.
