“KUDURA” Hybrid Rural Village Energy and Water Solution to be Demonstrated for the First Time at “Feira Ambiente” Environment Exhibition in Luanda, Angola

Luanda, Angola, May 30, 2012 –(PR.com)– RVE.SOL, a Social Entrepreneurship headquartered in Portugal has been invited to exhibit at the second Environmental Technologies Fair at the Feira Ambiente Angola May 26-29 in Luanda, Angola. RVE.SOL will showcase their KUDURA energy hub for the first time outside of Eastern Africa, opening up new opportunities to end poverty and improve lives in Angola with access to clean energy and potable water.

Kudura, meaning “the power to change” in Swahili, is the only solution of its kind. It offers a sustainable answer to ending the cycle of poverty � through access to clean, affordable solar electricity, potable water, biogas for cooking and biofertiliser for agriculture. “By creating local, small businesses around these renewable energy and water solutions, income and jobs are created, alleviating poverty, while simultaneously curbing deforestation and reducing carbon emissions,” says Vivian Vendeirinho, Founder and Managing Director of RVE.SOL.

Vivian goes on to say “this is a simple, practicable solution – shifting current mindset is key; governments must drive bold step-function change – it is no longer good enough to plan for incremental change.”
