Maria’s French Terrace Opening Fall of 2008 on Bequia Island of the Grenadines

Owned and operated by Cecile Renoux an experienced and exemplary French chef, Claudine Caren renowned restaurant and hotel owner from the south of France and John Day a Canadian business man with many years experience in the VIP hospitality industry. This team has taken dining in Bequia to a new level.

The architecture and decor creating a rich and comforting atmosphere – tables, chairs and bar made from North American Oak, soft lighting, evening table candles, ambient / rhythmic music and classic table settings - provides a unique environment. Dinner choices range from fine selections of fresh seafood to Boeuf Bourguignon to Linguini and vegetarian dishes. Lunch, which can be as light as a salad or sandwich choosing from a variety of sliced delicatessen meats which can also be taken out to the water front and enjoyed under the trees. A hearty breakfast - bacon and eggs, or yogurt and fruit accompanied with an excellent assortment of freshly baked goodies, fresh coffee or tea and juice is a great way to start a Bequia day.

Choose from the daily menu board, or from their extensive menu ( a la carte ) which features a variety of exquisite traditional French cuisine. The fixed price menu ranges from US$15 to US$80 or explore the extensive a la carte selection to create the perfect meal. Lobster dishes are a specialty - select from their Live Lobster Pool.

Open for breakfast 7:00am – 10:00am, lunch 11:00 – 3:00pm and dinner 7:00pm - ?????, with Sunset Happy Hour from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
