Markable Solutions, the First Ordinary Corporation Registered in the Philippines Under Republic Act No. 11232

Markable Solutions has become the first ordinary corporation with less than five incorporators under Republic Act No. 11232, or the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.

SEC has accepted the registration of Markable Solutions in accordance with the newly issued Guidelines on the Number and Qualifications of Incorporators under the Revised Corporation Code.
