These GN trays are available in various sizes, depths and materials. They are also stackable for ease of use and storage. One typical GN tray size (GN 1/1) is 53 cm x 32.5 cm with a height of 15 cm which can contain volume of about 21 litres. But the application goes beyond food storage and transport.
