As part of the company’s Energy and Chemicals group, his experience in: conceptual development, feed, engineering, construction, commissioning and startup of energy, gas processing, liquefaction, regassification of LNG facilities, pipe lines and infrastructure for both on shore and off shore, is spanning 35 years.

Bhullar’s main focus involve solving complex technical process issues, process control, safety, process integration, process automation systems and subsystems, control room and other enterprise integration issues for mega projects.

His portfolio includes a mix of large and mega-sized global projects from energy companies like: Shell, BP, Texaco, Chevron, Conoco-Phillips, Exxon, ADNOC, GASCO, Santos, WOODSIDE, PETRONAS, ENAGAS, PERTAMINA, PEMEX, SASOL and TOTAL.

He is currently technical advisor, on Fluor’s team to Asia’s newest LNG trading terminal in Singapore for SLNG which is in start up phase.
