Dividends and Earnings, 1Q-2020:

1Q-REIF Dividends equaled 1.33% and 1Q-REIF Earnings were 7.14%

1Q-CommFund Earnings 5.65%

1Q-Growth Fund Earnings 2.50%

1Q-Bond Fund Earnings 2.03%

The Pennington Real Estate Investment Fund (REIF) grew 7.14 percent during the First Quarter of 2020, and dividends were distributed April 06, 2020.

The Pennington REIF is a Fund-of-Funds that invests in Asian REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). The Pennington REIF was designed to give investors the opportunity to profit from the Asian real estate market.
