Professional Boxer Marselles Brown Comes Out of Retirement to Win WBU World Heavyweight Championship

On September 24, 2016, Brown defeated Saul Montana, former WBC Continental Americas Champion in the 5th round by TKO. The championship fight took place in Rosarito, Mexico. Brown is now officially the WBU Heavyweight World Champion.

Marselles Brown is a professional boxer originally from Louisville, Kentucky. As a boxing professional, Brown trained with top trainers including Jimmy Ellis, Kenny Adams, Floyd Mayweather, Sr. and Roger Mayweather. Browns success in the ring led him to fight four heavyweight champions. Marselles Browns first title fight took place in Tijuana, Mexico on October 31, 2015, where he defeated Juan Salas for the WBU Heavyweight C.A.M. title. Brown initially fought Chauncy Welliver, former WBC Continental Americas Champion in Tijuana, Mexico on July 30th, 2016.
