Professor Azaria JJT Rein, MD Joins the Scientific Advisory Board of CardioLync

CardioLync has begun forming a Scientific Advisory Board that will provide knowledge and strategic thinking to influence the continuing development of the company.

Bet Shemesh, Israel, January 31, 2019 –(PR.com)– Professor Azaria J.J.T. Rein, MD Head of the Department of Pediatric Cardiology, Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center, Jerusalem, Israel has joined the Scientific Advisory Board of CardioLync. Professor Rein serves as Chairman, Board Examination Committee in Pediatric Cardiology, Israel Scientific Council, and has authored and co-authored more than 95 published scientific papers and articles.

Professor Rein said, CardioLync has created an excellent platform for sharing images and data among specialists for their expert opinions, that has a strong reporting capability. With CardioLync, my colleagues and I can finally replace Whatsapp for advising on difficult image interpretations. CardioLync provides a structured mechanism that is highly mobile and that can be accessed anywhere. I would like to help CardioLync succeed and become the defacto communication tool among experts in all specialties and subspecialties and raise the bar in medical care for the benefit of patients and their families.”

CardioLync CEO Jeremy Kagan said, “I am very happy that the company is establishing its Scientific Advisory Board with Professor Rein as our first member. Besides possessing an incredibly positive bedside manner and being an extremely easy person to work with, Professor Rein brings an unmatched wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience that will help guide the company to achieve its vision of becoming the secure social network for medical care. With the high stakes involved in interpreting fetal echocardiograms and their implications on pregnancies, the stature of a pediatric cardiologist of Professor Rein’s caliber provides an important seal of approval to CardioLync’s technology.”

About CardioLync:
CardioLync has developed a technology for doctor-specialist-patient care coordination that links doctors, experts, diagnostic technicians, and patients; that speeds access to images, data, and medical history; and that cuts time to the correct treatment plan. CardioLync’s Diagnostic Modality Interface Portal and secure sharing platform is built around proprietary social networking technology that can help care providers and payers improve patient outcomes by facilitating ongoing monitoring, initial risk stratification, and remote consults thereby reducing referrals and admissions.
