Singapore’s Leading Corporate Service Provider In.Corp Global Gets a New COO

In.Corp Global has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer, Terence Ng, who has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and business support for growing businesses, including foreign entities expanding their businesses into Singapore.

Singapore, Singapore, April 25, 2019 –(PR.com)– In.Corp Global – Singapore’s leading corporate service provider – has announced the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer, Terence Ng, as part of its ongoing organizational restructuring aimed at serving the existing and new clients, with more efficient deliverables as regards to the Group’s full range of incorporation and corporate services.

Terence, comes to In.Corp with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and business support for growing businesses, including foreign entities expanding their businesses into Singapore. Before being COO, he was an Executive Director at InCorp; Terence is also Managing Partner of Ardent, an award-winning firm in Singapore.

In particular, aided by his cross-functional skills in general business operations, commercial, finance and HR matters, he has displayed exemplary acumen in due diligence and acquisition deals, restructuring, insolvency, as well as forensic accounting assignments.
