Shri Justice Hemant Gupta Transfered from Punjab & Haryana High Court to Patna High CourtIn exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Hemant Gupta, Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, as a Judge of the Patna High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Patna High Court on or before 16th February, 2016.
Shri Justice Dhirendra Hiralal Waghela Transfered from Orissa High Court to Bombay High Court
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Dhirendra Hiralal Waghela, Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, as the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court and to direct him to assume charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court on or before 16th February, 2016.
