Senator Hotels and Apartments, developed and managed by DEOL Partners, were the first professionally serviced apartments in the entire CIS. The project was a response to a market of travelers looking for a high-quality housing for long and short-term stay that incorporated a hotel-like service.
DEOL Partners was established in 2004, but the company’s partners have been actively working in the Ukrainian real estate market since 1992. DEOL Partners was one of the first Ukrainian players to win international recognition – became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2005, and gained membership in the International Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
