Online PR News 07-March-2018 Some say people do not meet other people by accident, they cross paths for a reason. Nancy Eastridge and Dr. Bonnie Faye Hatchett were brought together by fate to create a stirring biography. This is a piece of work that will live in the hearts of the readers for a long time!

Dr. Bonnie Faye Hatchett pens A Long Road: The Life of Nancy Eastridge, a memoir that unveils the life story of the deceased Nancy Eastridge, who held her last breath to ensure the completion of her sought-after project. Hatchett shares that it all began when this 93-year-old white woman called her after appearing on a local station where she appeared as a guest. Being in the limelight with her published poetry book, Hatchetts exposure made Ms. Eastridge reach out to her and asked for her assistance with the essays that she had collected. Hatchett reveals that when she finally met her, she had seen Ms. Eastridge as a tiny white woman, less than five feet tall, had a desk and typewriter in her bedroom and carried a cell phone to receive her calls. Hatchett further states that one whole glorious year she had with Ms. Eastridge. She lingered until after her manuscript was completed.

A Long Road: The Life of Nancy Eastridge re-counts a story that gives life lessons that every reader can relate to. Ms. Eastridge had lived a wonderful life and her collection of essays describes her challenges and successes. This book will inspire other people as much as Ms. Eastridge inspired those that were around her while she was still alive. Eastridges memory lives forever through this book!
