Brooks Industrial Marketplace Acquires TuffStuff Fitness International

BROOKS acquires 52-year-old strength equipment manufacturer, TUFFSTUFF, and establishes one of America�s largest production lines in the Fitness Industry

CHINO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#TuffStuff—TuffStuff Fitness International, Inc. (TUFFSTUFF), an American strength equipment manufacturer and fitness innovator for over five decades, was fully acquired by global metals processing and fabrication leader Brooks Industrial Marketplace (BROOKS) on December 16, 2022.

The move to acquire TUFFSTUFF began in early December 2022 as BROOKS saw an opportunity to expand their production in Southern California while adding strategic machinery and experienced personnel to their U.S. team.

By purchasing TUFFSTUFF, BROOKS acquired an additional 116,000 sq. ft. production facility, numerous patents and a comprehensive lineup of retail and commercial strength products.
