Ajman, United Arab Emirates, October 19, 2019 –(PR.com)– This Diwali, Chef Gagan and his culinary team at Ajman Hotel managed by Blazon Hotels are pulling out a special Diwali set-menu starting from 25 October 2019 and running till the end of the month in the stunning and traditional settings of Bukhara.

Gather with family and friends to celebrate the Festival of Lights and indulge in an authentic culinary feast highlighting dishes from Northern India while enjoying live cooking sessions in our open kitchen.

The bountiful menu offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will feature Diwali’s favourites including Dakshini Makai ki Tikki, corn and potato patties flavoured with dried red chilies and curry leaves, Gosht Ki Galawat, mouth-melting lamb patties floured with 21 different spices, grills and kebabs slowly cooked in tandoori oven. The signature Dal Bukhara and fresh-baked bread are served with compliments.

A great starter before enjoying main courses is Dal Shorba with Chaat Masala Grissini- the well-known yellow lentil soup tempered with cumin seeds and lime zest, or Murgh Yakhni with Chaat Masala Grissini – the full of flavour delicious broth of chicken with vegetables, served with Badaam Ki Thandai, the most loved almond drink.

The Diwali culinary experience will end with the Chef’s special dessert platter.

Reservations for Diwali are available at Bukhara restaurant for lunch from 12.30 pm to 03.00 pm and dinner from 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm. The vegetarian menu is priced at AED 200 per person, and non-vegetarian at AED 250 per person. Prices include taxes and service charge.
