David Cronwall Rides BioGenesis to Top Triathlon Peformance

Triathlete David Cronwall from Kain Performance, placed 2nd in his age group at Ironman 70.3 Santa Rosa. He credits BioGenesis for his success.

Online PR News 16-May-2017 – Triathlete David Cronwall from Palto Alto, CA took second place in the 50-54 age group at the Ironman 70.3 in Santa Rosa, California. The event, held on May 13th featured over 2,700 participants from over 30 states, 250 of which were in his age group.

A member of California’s renowned triatlete team, “Kain Performance” David’s top finish came as no surprise to team founder, Pete Kain,

“David is an exceptional athlete who trains hard and does things the right way,” said Kain. “To finish second in this event is a real accomplishment that he and our entire team is extremely proud of.”

The split transition race began at Lake Sonoma, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Northern California. The 1.2-mile swim was a single loop taking place in Lake Sonoma. Athletes then transitioned to their bikes, setting out on the 56-mile course featuring gentle rollers as they ride through famous wine country and quaint towns. The City of Santa Rosa hosts transition two where athletes run a tree lined half-marathon along the Santa Rosa Creek trail.

This is a really well run event that is a lot of fun to participate in,” said Cronwall. Everyone has a good time, and how can you beat a fabulous competition in the heart of wine country,” Cronwall added.

No stranger to competition, Cronwall has participated in several Duathlon events in Spain, Australia, and the US. So how does someone age 50 continue to not only participate, but excel in these grueling tests of stamina?

“Working with Pete Kain and his team gives me an edge while training, and on race day. His workout plans and encouragement are second to none. I also credit the natural supplement Pete uses called BioGenesis. Training with BioGenesis for the past several years has helped keep me free of injuries and able to maintain a high training volume in order to gain strength and speed while getting older,” Cronwall stated.

Cronwall is now preparing for his next competition, Ironman 140.6, also in Santa Rosa.
