Gionee launched Gionee P5W: Now available for Rs.6,499 in India

Within a month from being listed on the global site, the Gionee P5W is now available in India at Rs 6,499. The device can be picked in white, black , blue, red and yellow.

The Gionee P5W is a dual-SIM, dual standby device sporting a 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixels of resolution and features Oncell technology. It measures 143.3x72x8.9mm and weighs 153 grams. Under the hood, it comes powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. The device runs Android Lollipop along with the vibrant Immersive UI.

The Gionee P5W features 16GB of on-board storage that is further expandable. On the camera front, expect a 5-megapixel autofocus rear snapper and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera offers all new beautification options, filters and panorama shots.

It gets a new customized lock feature, the AMI lock and you could also scan your face to unlock your phone within 0.5 Sec through a Face unlock feature.
