Rockford Yoga Studio Introduces Aerial Yoga

Rockford ILs premier yoga studio, Nspired Yoga is pleased announce the addition of Unnata Aerial Yoga Classes to its practice.

Online PR News – 21-October-2015 – Nspired Yoga, Inc. recently announced the addition of a newly designed Aerial Yoga Studio to its existing studio space. Featuring twelve newly installed aerial yoga stations, this new studio will be the first of its kind to bring Unnata Aerial Yoga to the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area.

Unnata Aerial Yoga offers authentic yoga, but with with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional poses, both in the air and on the ground. Unlike traditional yoga, Unnata Aerial Yoga works with gravity to relax and realign the body, center the mind, and uplift the spirit.

Instructed by Nancy Enke, Aerial Yoga participants will enjoy an individual Aerial Yoga station adjusted to their height. Participants will be guided through a flow of physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and awareness of breath and body. Participants will be supported at all times by the hammock.

No experience is necessary to enjoy an Aerial Yoga class but each participant is required to take an Aerial Basics class before being allowed into a multi level class. For more information, please contact Nancy or check the website at rockfordyoga.com

In a recent interview with Nspired Yogas founder and owner, Nancy Enke, she stated,

I am thrilled to be the first yoga studio in the area to offer Unnata Aerial Yoga. There are many types of aerial yoga offerings and I chose Unnata because it aligns with the basic principles of Hatha Yoga. I believe our yoga community will embrace the idea of having an alternative way to practice yoga without needing to travel into the suburbs. I cant wait to teach my first class.
