Russell Liebowitz launches ConnectGen. ConnectGen will support Wireless Staffing needs across the US.

Online PR News – 16-April-2019 – With 20 years in telecommunications Recruiting, Russell Liebowitz launches another Telecommunications Staffing Business to support In-Building, Public Safety, SmallCells, TOWER, & 5G infrastructure across the United States.

“When I launched BroadStaff in the summer of 2015 my expectations went above and beyond what I ever imagined in this booming space of wireless, Russell Liebowitz,” CEO (ConnectGen).

After selling his shares at BroadStaff, Russell wasted no time developing and creating another Wireless Recruiting Organization which launched in February of 2019. He partnered with two TampaBay Business Owners and Philanthropist to secure additional capital in support of a strong growth plan over the next 2-5 years.

“It’s great to be on my own again doing what I love everyday. In just the past 60 days, we’ve experienced tremendous growth with the highest demand I’ve witnessed in years,” Russell adds.

ConnectGen will focus on supporting the recruiting and staffing requirements for DAS Integrators, Tower Companies, Neutral Host Vendors, and GC’s deploying SmallCell’s nation wide.

In the past, Russell turned away request from companies looking to hire Tower Climbers and Civil Technicians due to high insurance risk and costs. In addition, Tower Climbers are challenging to recruit and retain.

“I’m ecstatic about our new Tower 40 Program we launched last month. It’s already been a successful hiring solution for several of our Tower clients looking to scale and grow in various markets across the US,” says Russell.

Russell adds, he is in the final phase of launching another business which will disrupt the Wireless ecosystem right before ConnectX in Orlando next month.
