SURYA KUND: A Hindu Temple constructed during Chalukyas period (AD 1026-1027)

This was a Hindu Temple constructed during Chalukyas period (AD 1026-1027). Tajmahal is nothing compared to this great temple.

This marvelous structure is situated at Modara Village in Mehasana District of Gujarat.

This is constructed at the Bank of Pushpavathi River by the then Chalukyas King Bhima 1.

Now no ritual performance of Pooja or prayer happening at this place and this structure is considered as a Monument by government.

Have you ever heard about this archaeological importance structure and we never get such information because it was a Hindu Temple and it is in India.
