Michael Lan, highlighted that the market share for rehabilitation buses in the area of Smart Bus that SYSTECH possesses is more than 80%. Most cities in Taiwan use the total solutions of fleet management developed by SYSTECH on their rehabilitation buses. In addition, more than 90% of armor cash carriers in Taiwan also adopt the services provided by SYSTECH. Moreover, the logistic fleet of the top two convenience stores in Taiwan, President Transnet Corp (7-11) and Family Mart, are both our customers. According to rough estimation, cargo tracking, asset management, and total solution of fleet management provided by SYSTECH have successfully reduced nearly 10% of logistic costs for our customers.

Other than the market in Taiwan, Michael Lan mentioned that the school bus fleet management system (ITS) at the exclusive school in Dubai, UAE is also established and serviced by SYSTECH. Recently, the logistics subsidiary under the group of Panasonic, Japan, also uses in-vehicle hardware developed by SYSTECH for optimization of logistic fleet management. The company has around 30% market share in Japan.

The fleet that SYSTECH works with all over the world is more than several dozen thousand vehicles.
