The National Association of Neonatal Therapists Announces 2019 Annual Conference Call for Abstracts

Prospective presenters for NANT 9 must submit their abstracts before the August 17 deadline to be considered.

Online PR News 23-June-2018 – The National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) announced that it is accepting abstracts for prospective speakers and poster presenters who wish to be considered for inclusion in their NANT 9 Conference to be held April 12-13 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona. Pre-conference event is April 11.

The theme for NANT 9 is Passion and Perseverance. Those submitting abstracts should keep that theme in mind when constructing their submissions.

“Despite countless obstacles, neonatal therapists are tenacious in their pursuit of evidence and improved care. Their perseverance is grounded in their deep passion for babies and families in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU),”
said NANT Founder and President Sue Ludwig, OTR/L, CNT. “As a presenter, contributing expertise at an internationally attended event supports colleagues, babies, and families on a global scale. Its a true win-win toward a shared vision.”

The website to submit application is http://www.nantconference.com/call-for-abstracts and the deadline for submissions is Friday, August 17, 2018.

Abstract submissions are welcome from any profession (or parent) that feels they can bring a highly professional yet practical version of their work to therapists and other neonatal professionals who collectively improve neurodevelopmental outcomes.

The National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) is an organization created specifically for neonatal occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists. NANT provides multiple ways for neonatal therapists to connect, learn, mentor, and inspire while advancing this specialized field of therapy on a global level.
