The Worlds First Charity Platform for Games Opens Up for Crowdfunding on IndieGoGo

Today, Cooltivate announced that it has soft-launched the first mobile game Ocean Care, that transfers money to charity for the fact that people play it, as well as listed a crowdfunding campaign on IndieGoGo.

Tallinn, Estonia, May 25, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Cooltivate - a game development and publishing studio on a mission to change the way we interact with games and to give people the tools to help the world through by means of gameplay. Ocean Care is a game, from a family of other titles operating the same principle, that transfers money to charity for the fact that people play it. The game is about ocean cleanup. The money raised by people playing will go to 5 large organisations that clean and/or protect our ocean in the real world. Players get to choose where exactly it goes, which serves as an obligation for the company to transfer the funds on a monthly basis to those charities. You can try the game on Google Play for free.

The company has announced that it started raising funds through crowdfunding platform IndieGoGo to gain initial public interest prior to the global launch of the game in June-July 2019. The funds are required to develop the platform, create more themed games ranging from animal protection up to supporting war refugees and rare diseases. This is a universal charity platform that works on the same principle for all of humanitys main social and ecological topics.

Cooltivate is determined to make a positive impact on the world through gaming, a language that is widely acceptable and provide players with tools to help the planet by means of playing games. The company plans to have a presence across mobile and desktop in the near future and will be calling for publishers to bring their content to the platform.

Situation is getting worse every day. If we do not act today, then tomorrow we might not have a home. Plastic is one of the biggest threats to our environment. Thats why we chose the area of Ocean Cleanup as our first attempt to make a change with the help of our value-exchange platform. - Cooltivates co-founder Artur Grigorjan says.
