Tier 1 Telecom Operator Selects Gilat Satellite Connectivity for a Major Western European Utility Company

Gilat enables mission-critical IoT telemetry across hundreds of remote sites on the national utility network

The global telecommunications operator is using Gilat’s SkyEdge II-c platform to provide mission-critical, all-weather IoT telemetry across hundreds of remote sites on its utility customer’s national network. After extensive proof-of-concept testing under rigorous conditions, Gilat’s multi-service platform for satellite communications proved to be the best solution to serve this mission-critical infrastructure.
