Title Junction Hires New Administrative Assistant / Data Processor

Worthy candidate found for front desk position.

Online PR News � 10-September-2018 – Floridas Cape Coral and Fort Myers real estate title insurance specialist and notary, Title Junction, has hired Patti McDonald as the companys Administrative Assistant / Data Processor.

As the first person clients come into contact with when they walk through Title Junctions front door, owner Jennifer Ferri wanted an administrative assistant with both a cheerful personality and a professional disposition. With the departure of Title Junctions previous Administrative Assistant / Data Processor, it was imperative for the company to find someone equally up to the task of handling the needs of incoming clients and contracts.

Jennifer conducted a number of interviews looking for a suitable replacement, but none of the candidates were the right fit. Consequently, she posted to Facebook that she was having trouble finding someone for the position. This caught the attention of Patti McDonald, who was friends with Jennifer from church.

Ive known Jennifer for years, and I knew she had a successful company, Patti says. When I saw her Facebook post, I texted her to see if she was still hiring.

Id actually asked her to work for me a few months before, Jennifer reveals. I had her pegged as someone who would be perfect for the job, so I was ecstatic when she texted me asking about the position!

Needless to say, Patti met all of Jennifers expectations during the following interview process and soon became part of the Title Junction team.
