Xiaomi Redmi 3 Priced at 699 Yuan! Hybrid Dual Sim,13 MP Camera, Snapdragon 616

Xiaomi all set to launch their latest smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 3. Xiaomi released an teaser on weibo which is a new device and seems like Mi 5 is just appetizer and the first product launched by Xiaomi in the year 2016.

The Xiaomi Redmi 3 is priced at 699 Yuan (106 USD) with full metal 5 inch body, extra large 4100 mAh battery but even thinner than the previous Redmi series by 0.9mm, Qualcomm Snapdragon 616, Hybrid Dual SIM slot, 13 MP, 0.1s ultra-fast PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus). Currently it’s sold in China and available on mi.com from 10am onwards (12 January).

Lei Jun just announced on his weibo that Xiaomi Redmi 3 is using Snapdragon 616 and he claimed that the performance wise will be greatly improved compared to Xiaomi Redmi 2 which uses Snapdragon 410.
