Chinese technology company Xiaomi launched Redmi 4A in India for Rs.5,999. This Smartphone is the latest in Xiaomi Redmi Series. The new Xiaomi Redmi 4A supports Reliance Jio’s 4G VoLTE network, and comes in three color options – Dark Grey, Gold and Rose Gold.
Redmi 4A will goes on sale on company’s e-com store MI.com and Amazon India starting from March 26, 2017. Xiaomi is always known for their great specifications in affordable pricing, which will not make a hole in your pocket. All the smartphones launched by Xiaomi in India had proved the same by the sales numbers.
Xiaomi’s first Redmi series phone was Redmi 1s, which was sold exclusively on Flipkart in 2014.
Redmi 4A is a sleek device, with 8mm thickness and excellent build quality, all these comes at an affordable price tag of just Rs.5,999/- This is the lightest smartphone in Redmi series with weighing just 131.5 grams. The display is 5-inch HD display screen. Redmi 4A houses a hybrid SIM slot, you can either use two sim cards or one sim card and micro sd card. On the top, there is a 3.5mm audio jack along with an infrared blaster through which one can control various home appliances, like LED TV, AC etc…
On the hardware front, the Redmi 4A is powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with Adreno 308 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD. On the connectivity front, the device sports Besides the smartphone offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a microUSB port.
Hope Redmi 4A will create new record in terms of number of sales in India.
