Xiaomi all set to launch Xiaomi Mi 6 on 19th April, 2017

Xiaomi is all set to launch their latest premium flagship handset Xiaomi Mi 6 on 19th April, 2017. It will be unveiled in Beijing, China. The company has already put up a update on official website. As per the reports Xiaomi Mi 6 will be powered by Snapdragon 835 (64 bit octa core) coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It will be a 4G VoLTE Smartphone with dual SIM support.

Xiaomi Mi 6 will be running on MIUI based on Nougat (Android 7). The screen will be a FULL HD 1080p 5.5 inch screen. Xiaomi Mi 6 will be available in 2 different versions, one with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM and the second one with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. For security it will come with a finger print sensor.

When it comes to camera it will be 12MP dual camera and front camera will be a 8MP shooter. The power house will be 3000 mAh battery. Other features will include WiFi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth and USB Type C.

This launch date is only for China. There is no official word of India launch or Xiaomi Mi 6. Normally Xiaomi takes roughly a month after the China launch. We don’t know if Xiaomi want to launch before that as Indian Market is very important for Xiaomi. Hope it will not have the fate of Xiaomi Mi 5, which didn’t do well on sales. The fact is One plus 3 just killed Xiaomi Mi 5.
