This phone comes with 4G LTE and powered by 1.3Ghz Quad Core with 1GB of RAM. The OS is based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop)
BELL Smart 101 supports 2G, 3G and 4G Bands. It is supported by all the Mobile operators in India.
Now comes the Screen, It has 5 inch Screen with 480×960 resolution and screen type is IPS.
In terms of Internal storage its comes with 8GB of ROM (around 6 GB will be useable). If that is still now enough then you can add a microSD card up-to 32GB.
BELL Smart 101 comes with 2 Camera, front camera is 8MP with Flash which can record 1080p video. Front camera comes with 3.2 MP with out Flash.

To me, this looks like a scam company. Though, I have placed an order on their website, I didn't receive any order confirmation email or SMS. Worst, now the website is not functioning. May be they were a fly by night operator, who have received crores of ruppes in their account in just 24 hours by announcing a cheap smart phone. Imagine, India's population is 3 billion. Of which atleast 1 billion has access to internet. Of which 50 million (50 crore) placed an order for this phone priced at Rs.2999 (3000), it works out to Rs.3000 * 500000000 = Rs.150,000,000,000. Imaging how much money they have made in just 1 day!!
