Heavy explosion hit the Turkish capitalA heavy explosion hit the capital city of Turkish today (Sunday evening). The blast was seen near Guvenpark in Ankara. Heavy damages to vehicles and lots of casualties reported. The more details regarding the cause of the explosion is still unknown. The area is being evacuated as a precaution against a second attack.

At least 27 were killed while 75 were wounded as an explosion hit central Ankara on today (13th March, 2016), the Ankara Local administration office has announced. A bomb-laden car caused the blast, the announcement added. The wounded persons were admitted to 10 different hospitals across Ankara, private broadcaster CNN T�rk has reported.

The U.S. had warned its citizens in a March 11 statement over a potential terror attack in Ankara. The bomb was kept in the Car.
