iDisclose Law expands team with the addition of Robin Sosnow as Of Counsel to the firm.

Since 2014, Ms. Sosnow, a ground floor participant in the equity Crowdfunding industry, has represented early-stage businesses, online investment platforms, funding portals and broker-dealers engaged in capital raising activities. She has focused her practice on corporate and securities matters, from seed stage financings to exits. Ms. Sosnow maintains an independent practice in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.

iDisclose Law was formed by G. Alex Araujo, a corporate and securities attorney who also serves as Chief Innovation Officer at iDisclose. Mr. Araujo formed iDisclose Law due to the challenges that entrepreneurs face in receiving quality, cost-effective advice in conducting equity crowdfunding and other types of capital-raising transactions. In connecting with these fundraising companies, he observed other critical legal needs of these startups and was determined to build a custom solution using a technology-first approach.
